シンプルでコーヒーも飲める部屋

繁華街までもわりと近く、トラムの駅も近いので、観光に便利。部屋の設備が充実しており、自炊して生活するには、もってこい！

Sterile and impersonal

Impersonal, all contact made by Internet. Spent nearly $20 Australian dollars on phone calls trying to get the Basel Card which was paid for in our city tax. Tiny bathroom - had to sit sideways on toilet. "Garden " was a shared brick paved patio covered with weeds. Not impressed for the price we paid. Redeeming feature was proximity to 2 tram lines.

Thank you Denis for this review. We are sorry if our studio apartment wasn't as you expected, but we also have to correct some things: as you have high speed wifi in our apartment, expensive calls wouldn't have been necessary. Also you can call over internet. And sorry that we do not have private park like patios. Yes, it's shared, but it's in the middle of the city centre. Most apartements do not have such access to a open garden in this area. Thank you!

Good apartment but service needs improvement.

Well equipped and clean apartment. Good location. Stayed for five nights. But the service is not very good. First, no room cleaning service at all. Have to use same towels for whole period. Second, the common washing machine is located at the basement, which is available for usage only once a week for each Apartment. Third, The management insisted to send Basel Card through telephone message, rather than email. But I have no local mobile data. As a result I have to buy day travel card in the first two night. After complaints, they finally sent it in email. It is better if they can simply give me physical Basel Card.

Pro: Zentrale Lage, ruhiges nettes Viertel, eigene Küche. Contra: hässlicher Schimmel in der Dusche, Ameisenstraße in der Wohnung, Deckenlicht über Esstisch ausgefallen, 1 (ein!) Weinglas, 2 Tassen und Becher. Vermietung wirkt ferngesteuert, keine Reaktion auf Zettel an Personal wegen defektem Licht, nur ein Schlüssel, Basel-Card kam gedruckt am Tag vor Abreise. Souterrain-Feeling.

Ich fand die Nähe zur Altstadt, sowie zu Tramlinien super. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet ( Küchenutensilien, modernes Bad, angenehme Matratze etc.). Es ist sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Ausschlafen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unterstützend. Perfekt für Alleinreisende und Paare.

The apartment was clean, well furnished, and had useful amenities such as a coffee maker, fridge, stovetop. It was also in a very convenient location, being easy to get to from the airport and train station. It was also a 10-minute walk to the old town. The only minor issue was the lack of air conditioning, which we knew ahead of time, but would have been nice on some of the more sweltering days. Opening windows and doors was possible, but there was no way to keep these open at night without leaving the property unsecured.

Perfect location to explore the city

Very nice, clean and and well furnished apartment. In a good location for the city (no more than 15 mins walk to the main train station, even quicker by tram) and yet very quiet at night.

Bra beliggenhet og fin leilighet

Good location. Nice, cosy and neat apartment. Great with mobility tickets that followed the booking. Coffee machine was not working, but not a big deal. Suitable for a weekend stay. Would probably come again.

Stylish but inexpensive apartment in Basel

Didn't know much about Basel so asked Fabian lots of questions about travel and travel passes in advance - my emails were answered quickly and clearly. The Bus from the airport was a doddle - every stop is clearly announced as you approach it. Handover was on time and friendly and we were left to enjoy Basel. The apartment was about 100m from nearest tram/bus stops and about 500m to town. As Art lovers we loved the artwork on the walls and the stylish decor with modern shower room. I didn't realise until later that we had been upgraded to a Superior apartment (thanks you!). I don't drink coffee so didn't benefit from the coffee machine - however my wife does and she made up for me!! I'd recommend it as a cheap (and made cheaper by the free travel passes!!) but stylish base to enjoy wonderful Basel.

Good for overnight stay, close to city centre.

Kitchenet has very good equipment. Without reception, rooms are in block of flats in groud floor. Room has NOT aircondition. Badthroom was very small. Parking is in the underground.

Das Zimmer war sauber und sogar mit eine Kaffeevollautomaten ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Durch die zentrale Lage war das meiste zu Fuß erreichbar, ansonsten bestand eine sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖV.

Stayed for a 2 night business trip. Apartment was spotlessly clean, really spacious and very comfortable. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood but very accessible to the centre, just 2 stops on the tram to SBB train station. Coop supermarket just around the corner. Very nice coffee machine in the apartment. Wifi connection was excellent and apartment was very quiet at night. Would recommend and stay here again. Also received a travel pass on check in that I could use on all trams, buses and to the airport for the duration of my stay

Clean appartment with well equipped kitchen

We arrived early in morning, yet early check-in was arranged for us. Well equipped kitchen, we could cook easily. Quick response from hosts. Close to two tram stations, yet walkable distance to town centre.

Slightly disappointing experience

Arrived later than planed but staff were still on hand to let us into the apartment. While the notice on the door said the apartment was non smoking , we were hit but the smell of stale tobacco smoke when we entered the premises . All other features were up to standard although the bed coverings were a little strange which may be a culture thing that we have not experienced . Would we book the apartment again, I doubt it.

Lugar recomendable. Buena atención, linda zona muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la estación de trenes de Basilea. El cuarto un tanto pequeño, pero muy bien equipado.

Perfect for a stay in Basel

Ideally suited for our purposes. We were met by a very helpful and friendly lady at the apartment, which was very clean and very well equipped. Apartment Hasenberg is a 10 minute walk into the centre of the old town and a similar distance to the railway station. A wonderful stay.

Gute Unterkunkft - sehr citynah

Der Vermieter/Verwalter ist aufgrund seiner Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Das Haus an sich ist sehr hellhörig, da aber ab 22:30 Uhr Ruhe herrscht, ist dies für mich kein Problem gewesen. Das Apartment (24) hat eine kleine Terrasse zum Innenhof. Nicht zwingend idyllisch, aber für den morgendlichen Kaffee ausreichend.

Beware which studio you're given

The apartment was clean and practical, with a nice coffee machine. No frills, though, rather impersonal, but does the job. You probably want to check with them beforehand which apartment they give you among the few they have in the building. Some of the pictures displayed look very nice, not all apartments are that attractive. I was given one in the half basement, with high small windows giving you a view of the feet of passing pedestrians (and a rather gloomy light). Their ad also seem to promise a balcony/terrace; it is likely true for some of the apartments, but not for all. Rather misleading.

Top Einzimmerwohnung!

Die perfekte Einzimmerwohnung! Sehr schöne Küche / Bad. Das Badzimmer ist etwas klein, jedoch schön und funktional. Tolle Kaffeemaschine in der Küche. Lage ist perfekt! Nähe Bahnhof und Innenstadt, trotzdem ruhig.. Würde wieder buchen.

Kitchen and all the essentials!

It was a great stay at the Apartments Hasenburg. The person met us with the key right on time and explained how to use the coffee maker, where the tram stop is, what tram to get on to get downtown, and gave us free transportation passes. The room was immaculate and had a balcony which was great to sit outside and eat. We really appreciated having a kitchen as we were having a hard time with how expensive it is to eat out in Switzerland! The location was super central and easy to get on trams to get downtown. Such a great value for what it was and saved us even more money to be able to cook!

Very well equipped service apartment

This apt is well kept and easy to get to on the bus from the train station. Convenient location from which to bus to town. The free bus card that comes with apt rental helps with ease of access and traveling around town.

Fantastic ApartHotel

We had a very nice & comfortable stay here. Was in a quite neighborhood & just 2 stops from the Basel railway station. The caretaker was prompt & was waiting for us with the house key & was just a phone call away- though we did not require it. The COOP supermarket was close by & we bought provisions for cooking our meals. For budget travelers - its a great way to save money - cook your own meals & eat at your own pace!! It's a fully equipped apartment. It felt great being your own master, after staying in some many hotel rooms during this holiday !! It's a place worth staying for your visit to the lovely city of Basel.

Super week end

Nous avons passé un week end agréable dans l'hôtel! Le seul soucis que j'ai remarqué c'est que les gens du dessus tape beaucoup des pieds mais bon l'hôtel n'y peut pas grand chose car ça fait partie du respect des autres occupants qui visiblement n'en avait pas beaucoup.
