The apartment is located in the “Il Cardo” residential complex, just a few minutes’ walk from the cable car to Piani di Bobbio. From here, it’s easy to plan hikes, ski days, woodland walks, or bike rides along the trails of the plateau. The center of Barzio, with its traditional restaurants and mountain shops, is also just a short walk or drive away. Nearby spots like Colle di Balisio, Rocca di Baiedo, and the surrounding trails offer breathtaking views in every season.

The apartment is on the third floor and served by an elevator. The entrance opens onto a small hallway leading to the bathroom, equipped with a toilet with bidet shower, sink, shower, and washing machine. The living area is a spacious open-plan room with a decorative fireplace, two sofa beds (one double and one slightly smaller), a dining table with four chairs, wardrobes, and a compact yet well-equipped kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, four-burner induction hob, and microwave oven. The real added value is the terrace overlooking the valley—from Colle di Balisio to Rocca di Baiedo—a stunning view that changes with the seasons. Furnished with a small table and two chairs, it’s the perfect spot for outdoor breakfasts or a sunset drink.

Upon arrival, you’ll find the apartment ready with bed linen and towels for all guests, plus a welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, laundry capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, and toilet paper. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
