"When we had a concern with our first room, they helped easily give us a different room without hesitation. We also checked in early since we arrived early and our room was ready. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the on property bar/grille. We were thankful for the kitchen in our room too so we could prepare our own meals. Very good stay!"
