Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Fun decor. Coffe shop in lobby served great coffee and breakfast. Was loud but with fan on we didn’t notice.

The property was fine in many ways but annoying in key areas. All the staff we interacted with were helpful. The apartment itself was somewhat run down. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable actually lumpy. Shower just so so but water pressure and temperature was fine. Our biggest complaint was bug bites from fleas ! Obviously left by a previous occupant. All and all we would not rent with this property again.

The room was very clean with all the items we needed for a great stay. The communications with the Kukun team via WhatsApp were smooth. The only thing that could improve the experience was the website itself which kept coming up with errors. But when I reached out to Kukun via WhatsApp they were able to answer all my questions and address my concerns very quickly.
The location of the unit is unbelievable, right in the middle of all the action in Roma Norte. I would definitely come back.
