「Pros: The views of the lake are beautiful - especially during the fall when the trees are turning. Check in was easy (but had to call to get the instructions). The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. 「Everything was good except we all had cold showers no hot water for any of us in the showers. The shampoo was empty as well so bring your own. It was clean though and the tv worked haft the time the rest it wasn’t loading.」

「This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day.
