The rooms were very dated and had a very strong smell. There are no elevators so make it very difficult with a newborn or multiple kids. I also didn’t realize it was pet friendly.. there was a dog in the room next to ours the kept barking and made my 2 year old even harder to get to sleep! Wasn’t awful but Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The positives were that the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is in a very good area and is close to all amenities of the city. The staff were all friendly and kind. The negatives were that the hotel in general was unkempt and dirty (especially the carpets). Our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator. With heavy luggage, that was a bit of an issue. And none of the interior hallway doors have open assist. These heavy doors were quite difficult to traverse, again with heavy luggage. It wouldn't take much to put the 'Quality' back into this hotel though.

Ok overall but gaming room was not open, restaurant was one star, breakfast was 3 stars at the most. Pool was 3 stars while hot tub zero stars, the water was super dirty! Also, because of a large group of teens at the pool was impossible to use/have some relaxation time. Rooms walls not good sound proof, we couldn't rest because of other noisy guests. Room was clean overall, ok for the $ (we stays off season so it was cheaper). I'm not sure if I would stay here again, probably not. I doubt they can improve any of the mention issues.

The location is great! The pool was warm, hot tub was awesome, and hands down best free continental breakfast iv had! I love there pet friendly I did not like being woke up at 6am from dogs barking, when I myself wasn’t there with a dog. But not the end of the world.

Our room smelled of cigarettes as soon as we walked in and floors were sticky, so you had to wear shoes. The sheets were stained, and low buget. Our bathroom was full of hair, the shower was moldy, the bottom of the tub was brown and the toilet seat was falling off. When we tried to relax for the night there was a party in the pool room and yoy could hear them roaming the halls and slaming doors as well as the smell of weed throughout the halls. Would never go there and so disappointed the staff didnt offer a discount and said there were no other rooms.
