"This hotel has several different types of buildings and rooms, we chose a queen bed corner room at the end of the pier. Next to the lobster boats. It was older, a little cramped for two, but oh my, the views!! Three large picture windows with screens, on two different walls. If you want the Ritz, this isn't it, but if you love panoramic views of the harbor, vintage character, and a really cool experience of living above the water with boats, ducks, seals and birds all around you, you'll love this place. There are many other Tug Boat Inn rooms that I'm sure are newer and updated, but we loved our quaint little corner beside the boats. The restaurant was very nice- our seafood portions were huge and the desserts were amazing. The hotel service, all around, was awesome. The location and parking was perfect, also-we were on the end of the main drag, but very walkable to everything. The only reason we wouldn't give this a perfect review is just because of the age of our room and not a lot of space for luggage, etc, but we would rent it again in a heartbeat. "

"My time at this beautiful location was priceless. The home was perfect and absolutely beautiful with the views. Exactly what was needed for some rest and relaxation. The host was top notch and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. Communications were quick and detailed leaving me incredibly satisfied. I would give him 10 stars if it was possible. I will definitely book here again. Thank you."

"Do not stay here. First room, no heat. Was moved to another room, found a bedbug and a large blood stain on the bed sheet. We stayed in this hotel previously, had a better experience, no issues. I would not stay here again."

"The room was great. Lots of space. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast items were delicious. We enjoyed the many selections of tea and coffee. The proprietor,Jersey was terrific. He explained the property and area Had a wonderful time "

"This was an end of season visit. The property, breakfast, and staff couldn’t be nicer. Sadly, pool was closed up for the season along with the restaurant. Dining options were very limited, even in town due to it being post Columbus Day."

"The location was amazing and within walking distance to restaurants & shopping, though parking wasn't ideal. The homeowner was very prompt with responses and suggestions. The staircase up to the unit was tight and the floor was not level so we felt "tilted" - not much you can do about that without major construction. It would have been nice to have shades to go along with the shutters in the living room as the windows face the east and street lights were on all night. "
