Amazing staff. Good value for the quality of the hotel in Barranquilla. Good restaurant and location close to mall plaza. Only problem is pool and gym area old and not staffed.

Value for money
Nice hotel, conveniently situated close to shopping centre and in a safe modern neighbourhood. Room is large enough and a nice spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast is OK, not special but adequate. Staff in general is friendly. Only security staff less helpful and less friendly than in other hotels in Colombia we have visited. For example the security guard saw us struggle to get through the revolving doors with our suitcase and he never offered any assistance. Just stood there watching us.

The property is in a good neighborhood.. its very quite.. close to the shopping mall.. however the pool doesn’t have a bar… or music… u can order with staff beers , etc.. but doesnt have music..

The hotel was clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The manager was very nice to grant me a free breakfast since my son is a chef for the Hilton in NYC. I really enjoyed the stayed there, the pool and the restaurant!

Me encantó la visita, todo el staff muy querido y ayudando en lo que necesitara. Me gustaría que pudiesen mejorar el brindar facilidades de tener agua, es una ciudad caliente y si vas por negocios lo menos que puedes pensar es en comprar agua. $18.000 cop por 3 botellitas de agua me parece un abuso. En otros hoteles que he estado del Caribe tienen neveras de bebidas en el recibidor, sin ningún costo. Podrían mejorar eso en sus habitaciones o lobby. Recuerdo haber recibido 1 botella de agua de cortesía en mi estadía.

regular, el internet nunca sirvió, m,e dieron tres cuentas diferentes y ninguna funciono, el día sábado 25, a las 7 am mas o menos cuando aun me encontraba dormida, alguien abrió mi puerta y entro a mi cuarto, cuando vieron que estaba aun ahí, dijeron, perdón perdón y salieron. el desayuno era muy pequeño y no tenia mucha variedad.

Expected more. Rooms were not as expected Mold in Bathroom. Had to request extra towels. No minibar. No accessories in bathroom. Nob room service after 10pm. For a Hilton brand not the best. Average at best. Good area quiet and xcose ro malls. Would stay agan but as a last resort only.

El desayuno no es muy bueno.
El hotel es excelente, lo que podría mejorar es el desayuno. Es preferible no tomarlo y desayunar en otro lado. Por lo demás, nos fue muy bien!
