「Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht es jedoch keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Der Zustand der Anlage ist teilweise mangelhaft: Stark verschmutzte Scheiben in den Aufgängen sowie lose Dielen auf der Pool- und Frühstücksterrasse stellen sogar eine Stolpergefahr dar. Der obere Pool war ruhig, aber unbeheizt. Der untere Pool war dauerhaft überfüllt und wirkte dadurch wenig sauber. Die Zimmerreinigung war gründlich, erfolgte jedoch sehr unregelmäßig....

「Staff was very unprofessional, ordered 5 drinks at the hotel bar with my family before going out for a dinner reservation, 40 mins later drinks hadn’t arrived and we were going to be late for our reservation. only one drink was made, so i cancelled the order but the staff got upset and started talking back and demanded i pay the €12 for the drink she had made out of the 5 i had asked for. very uncomfortable and unprofessional. hotel is clean enough though.」

「Capella das Artes is een mooi gelegen complex op een oude olijvenperserij. De 30 kamers zijn wel relatie ver van de receptie aan een lange gang. Op het complex zijn veel tredes en ongelijke delen, dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht te been zijn. De kamers zijn schoon, functioneel ingericht, met eigen balkon of terras en schoonmaak is goed. We kregen gedurende de week dat we er waren echter geen schoon beddengoed.
