「The hotel closed all food and beverage service. There was a notice on their website but no notice on Expedia. The surrounding town was largely closed too, so being without food options was not acceptable. The hotel emailed to confirm my reservation. I complained and asked for a cancellation and refund. They never answered. As the cost was prepaid, I guess I will not get my money back. Ultimately we booked into a hotel in Kirkwall. This was a shockingly bad experience. I would urge everyone...

「カークウォール港の正面に位置するホテルです。レストランとバーの使い勝手が非常に良く、レストランは非常に美味しく、朝食ではコンチネンタルスタイルや地元のお魚の燻製を焼いたものを選択することが可能です。オススメは魚です。バーではSCAPAの複数のカスクものが楽しめます。部屋は古いですが、コンパクトで使い勝手は良く不満な点はありません。ホテルスタッフは情報豊富でレストランの相談やタクシー等の予約も難なくお願いできました。早朝のフェリーに乗ることを伝えたところ、朝のお弁当も作ってくれました。非常に助かりました。」
