"Booked room and arrived to find rooms were double booked. Clerk would not honor price at adjacent property owned by the same company. Ended up leaving to find other lodging. Was billed through Expedia and when refund was requested, they claimed I had stayed at the property when I had not. Spoke with the manager "Jessie", the following morning just to share the experience and maybe they could use the experience to improve their process and customer experience. She only defended the higher rate offered and blamed Expedia and her software for the problems. I will return to the area for work, but will not choose Extended Stay Maryville nor Park Inn by Raddison after they tried to pull an extra $100 out of me after I had a reservation and had paid. In my opinion and experience, you get the patron in a room and figure your other problems out later. You wouldn't miss the $100, but you'll miss all the profit from future stays....guaranteed."
