"The breakfast is the real highlight! The rooms are fine and clean, staff polite and the location 3 mins walking from the beach. 4 mins drive from airport and 15 from Mindelo. It’s a nice place to stay if you value peace and quiet with beach access! "

"Place is new so its in good shape but the spa area and stores were still under construction. You also cant use the bridge to get to the beach. There are also beggars surrounding the area, wo safety is a huge concern. If you are a non-white person be prepared for the staff to give you awkward looks and constantly harass you to give your room number or room card anytime you go to the pool or breakfast. "WELCOMING LOVELY FRIENDLY RESORT SPOTLESSLY CLEAN STAFF WERE A JOY FOOD A LITTLE MUNDANE NEEDED SOME MORE VARIETY AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS LIMITED BUT A MOST RELAXING STAY THE ONLY REAL DOWNSIDE WAS THE MOSQUITOS BITTEN ALIVE"

"The rooms and beech were great. Impossible to get reservations at the restaurant so we ended up having buffet food all the time, which was very mediocre. Staff were not very helpful. Overall it was ok, would not say it’s worthy of 5 star hotel rating."
