"Very nice! We wish we were able to have the evening snacks and drinks. We arrived a litlle late. When we were at Gainesville, FL Drury Inn, they had the drinks and snacks until 7pm, so we were surprised that the Chattanooga Drury wasn't the same."

"We have stayed here before and had no real issue with anything but this time our room temperature was impossible to control. It was either hot or cold. Additionally, a bathroom shelf was off the wall and it had not been repaired or replaced. One of the elevators has a down button that will not work - that was true last year as well. This is a clean and comfortable place to stay but it appears no one is focused on needed maintenance."
