"This is a small cabin. The toilet and shower are in the main building. There are 2 bunk beds. Refridgerator, coffee maker, water cooker and a microwave oven. It is not a 5 star hotel. It's a small cabin. But it's cozy and not expensive. And the staff is welcoming. The view is really good - trees and a lake."

It looks charming (my children compared it to the house where Petterson and Findus live), with a nice porch and its own bit of yard. The kids loved the beds in their room. The hosts and parents live close by and are very friendly and helpful. "We stayed in Vrigstad for a week and absolutely loved it. The house had everything you it promised. The indoor play area came in handy for the kids. Having the boat available made it so easy to pop out for a few hours for fishing. The owner was so helpful, especially on arrival and when I realized I did not book lines and towels. He also gave us great information about the area. The grocery store is close by, and we also. enjoyed the steakhouse in town ! We certainly would come back again!"

"Absolute nightmare of a stay. We emailed before booking this as we were staying for many nights and then planned to come back in 13 days time. They said we could leave our bags thwre and that it was no problem. We have the email to show. The evening we planned to leave, they informed us whoever told us that had lied to us. The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with. "
