Top notch, a very enjoyable stay in a great hotel where all my expectations were met. Really lovely staff and a filling breakfast too with lots of items on the buffet table. Some great food options nearby and two Metro Stations within a five minute walk, no need to stay anywhere else in Paris as far as I'm concerned.

The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. The room was perfect, with classic period decor. The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast bar was lovely (and the woman who took my coffee order made the very best coffee!). All this, and the location, in the heart of St Germain and the 6th. Exceptional value for the money. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I’m in Paris!

I would have given a 5 star if it were not for the check-in software-only process. Before arriving I received email instructions and attempted to follow it, until I was stopped when the software insisted that my home address was “invalid” - so upon arrival the front desk folk (Luis’s?) tried to get me through the check in link and was stopped at the same spot. When I showed him my US drivers license he was also convinced that the “filter” was acting up, and ended up putting me through (possibly moving me to live in another state as a result???). Well, too much automation makes fools of us humans, don’t we? Which makes it all the more depressing since I liked the apartment. Still wondering what software they licensed to use for the check in, and why it was so nosy as to where my home was…
