A great stop-off on my trip from the UK to Portugal. Just what I needed - convenient and quiet. Staff were excellent and the continental breakfast was great. Small room with a 'pod' for the shower and toilet in the corner - but all clean and just perfect for my needs. Large shopping centre with all the usual fast food outlets 20mins walk away.

Emergency accommodation only. Stayed for a night after running late on a road trip. The plus side of this hotel: it’s cheap and close to super large Carrefour shopping complex Otherwise: sound insulation non existent- your hear the neighbour walking in the room, the bath cubicle is smaller than in any Japanese hotel and the double bed keeps you cosy. Was good for a night, but would not have stayed longer

Ok for an overnight stop

The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. She did however, on check in, give me a key to room that was already occupied - luckily there was no one present! This was resolved without too much delay. The room I was allocated had an connecting internal door to the room next door, presumably for family groups. Unfortunately I could hear every word the couple next door said to each other!

Reception was non-existent. I waited for almost an hour and tried to contact all the given numbers listed on the front door but none of them were on WhatsApp or able to call with data. I then proceeded to go the hotel next door (Hotel Premiere Classe Rouen) to seek their assistance. Finally, got the code for the safe which kept the room cards. Based on booking, it was supposed to the smaller building, but room allocated was the building opposite. No other follow ups. I was not even given wifi password. Terrible place to stay.

Pratique et propre

Nous cherchions une chambre pour une étape, c'est pratique, nous avons récupéré la clé dans un coffre avec un code et nous l'avons remis en partant dans une boîte aux lettres. Tout organisé à distance, très pratique. La chambre est propre et moderne. La salle de bains est une cabine toute faîte avec lavabo, WC et douche, c'est très bas de gamme mais pour une étape, ça va.
