One of the main reasons we chose the hotel was for the air conditioning amenity, however, they have the remote for the AC in a case screwed to the wall so that you cannot fully access it. And we only able to get the unit to actually run for 10-15 minutes then it would shut off. Spent a miserable night having to get up about once per hour just to reset it come on again. The hotel shouldn’t advertise that it has AC and charge rates accordingly if it isn’t going to allow customers to utilize the AC properly to obtain a comfortable night’s sleep. The breakfast was good and the hostess serving and making coffee was outstanding.
