Olive Charme - Azure Real Estate

Olive Charme is a small, recently built villa of approx. 80 m², located on a farm surrounded by spectacular olive groves in a quiet area, ideal for relaxation. The villa is designed for 4 guests. It is divided into a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a smaller room with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and window. It has a beautiful north- and west-facing porch. The house is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There are two uncovered parking spaces near the house. Olive Charme is perfect for spending time outdoors, enjoying aperitifs and meals or simply relaxing among the olive trees, caressed by the gentle breeze from Lake Garda. The centre of Bardolino is only 2.5 km away and can also be explored by bike through the many narrow streets that wind through the vineyards of Bardolino.
