✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

NOTE: Please note that in this building we have 8 other apartments with very similar characteristics. They are ideal for large groups as you will be able to enjoy your own space and privacy, but being very close to your own. The big private terrace of this apartment is the big plus it has. It is located in a nice, centric and quiet area of Barcelona, well communicated with the main attractions of the city. The office is right next to the apartment and are open everyday. We have no complaint about our stay.

Stayed here New Year’s Eve for the fireworks display with my family and I have to say we were impressed with how nice it was the apartment is spotless and very modern but the star of the show is the huge terrace This place would be perfect anytime of year as everything is on the door step eg night life, dining, shopping, railway close by Ect... the list goes on The staff is really helpful nothing is a bother and he makes your stay really comfortable. Would recommend this apartment to anyone for any reason as the suits any reason to stay in Barcelona

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. When we arrived nothing was too much trouble, the check-in happened to be in the office which is right next to the apartment. The parking they offered is off-road and very secure. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice Apartment with 2 wonderful Bedrooms. 1 Bedroom and 1 more Toilet one floor up stairs. They come and bring us the key, the office was direct by the apartment. The rooms was clean and the staff also very helpful.

This apartment is managed by a company. So instead of the likelihood of being greeted by an owner bearing a bottle of wine you are bombarded by a contract, rules and financial penalties for everything from late check ins to not washing up or removing garbage. Similarly the professional pictures of the apartment are heavily styled meaning that the apartment is in reality quite characterless (though this might appeal to some). The manager's office is nearby to this particular apartment which was really helpful as we were issued with a faulty card key and then discovered we had been given the wrong internet name. The apartment itself is spacious, save for the extra bedroom which should, instead, be called an attic storeroom (no headroom whatsoever). The walls to next door were incredibly thin - so thin you could actually hear WHAT they were saying. There were two coffee making appliances, even an electric juicer... but no wine glasses. Our large security deposit wasn't credited back to our account according to the terms of the contract. I had to email and then phone them from home by which time an improvement in our exchange rate meant yet another slug. Didn't leave a good taste in the mouth after seeing all the financial penalties they could apply to me for not complying with their contract. Our stay might have been significantly better if the weather enabled us to use the generous outdoor space, if we didn't need the extra bedroom and there wasn't noise from next door all night long (although the walls rather than the people were more to blame). For us it was just too many problems and drama for a three night stay.

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures!! It was very clean, great air conditioning, good wifi, good hot shower, good location close to El Born district (10 min walk). There isn't much noise in the street.

Staff were excellent, and receptive to feedback. The flat is modern and well-equipped, and generally very clean. The flat appeared to be commendably secure, something that felt important having had my wallet stolen in Barcelona.

The apartment is nice but the ceilings are low and the second bedroom is small. We could hear the neighbors walking around their apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and a little outside of the main town area. This was good for noise but we had to take a bus or taxi everywhere. The people in the office were helpful but didn’t open til 11 on Saturday so we had to wait 3 hours from when we arrived to check in. Weekdays they are open at 8. Overall a nice place in a quiet area.

Location is very central. Good standard apartment. Staff v helpful. The private terrace is a treat in the hot city. Stayed here 2 years ago so came back quick 2 night stop on way elsewhere. The apartment has more than enough space for all of us!

Loved position of apartment away from busy centre. Easy to get around on buses and Muntaner station few mins walk away. Lovely bakery round corner and adequate supermarket. Lovely terrace for sunbathing and relaxing (breakfast on terrace) only downside I wouid say was extremely low ceiling in second bedroom and cramped but air con works well so slept fine. Downstairs space v good! Everything u need really . Liked the apartment and great for chilling after exploring wonderful Barcelona. Staff in offices v helpful and friendly! Got deposit back very quickly! I would recommend this place and would stay again

The apartment has really comfortable furniture (beds and couches). The wifi given worked throughout the stay which was great. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night. You've got big streets with restaurants/shops/... all really close by

We enjoyed the location and modern decor of this Penthouse but didn't enjoy other aspects. The upstairs is small, cramped and trapped heat during the day that was difficult to get rid of. We continued to hit our heads on the tiny stairs and low beams which made it rather uncomfortable. There were a few amenities missing and the wifi was not operational for a long time while we were trying to catch up on work. We didn't connect with the owner of the property in a way that allowed us to get any help with these problems. Overall, it was an impersonal and poor customer service experience. We wouldn't stay here again. But it was functional, clean and served its purpose. Not horrible by any means but definitely average (or below).

Nous avons adoré passer du temps dans cet appartement. La localisation était parfaite pour nous ; il se situait ni en plein centre ni trop excentré c'est à dire qu'a 3 stations de métro ! Nous avons eu la possibilité de louer une place de parking sécurisée à seulement 20€ par jour ! Nous sommes pressés de pouvoir revenir !
