The Space:
Upon entering this apartment, you will be met by a spacious and open-plan modern kitchen with full-sized stainless-steel appliances and a dining area with a table for up to 4 guests.
Also in this area, you will be met by the spacious living room furnished with a sofa bed and large flat screen television. The living room is also the main access point for the balcony where you will also find a chair table combo for your comfort.
The master bedroom is located just off of the living room and is furnished with a king-sized bed, two nightstands with matching lamps and black out screen with balcony access. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also, this apartment includes a full-sized washer & dryer combo located in a separate closet.
The building has a 20-meter outdoor pool located in the roof top which is heated and has unparalleled views overlooking at the city, barbecue area, gym and a co-working space is also available for the guests use.
IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months. In compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.
