The property manager will send you a 30% payment link for the first payment (we do not accept American Express Cards).
The remaining 70% must be paid via bank transfer, provided it is received before check-in, or in cash at check-in.
A security deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in, either at our office or through a payment link. The deposit refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Travel Crib/Pack-n-Play: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. Availability is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance, and if available, we will provide it.
Late check-in:
Our check-in time is from 3 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside of these hours, a 50€ fee will be charged in cash.
The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or being caught smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400 euros.
NO PARTIES or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If a complaint is received and/or the police, security, or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 400€ (in addition to any police fines).
