Excellent location

Excellent location. Clean room. Bathrooms a bit basic & messy if you didnt get in early before other people messed it up. Toilet rolls slow to be replenished. On the whole pretty good & wed stay again

Hostel ruim

Infelizmente é um hostel bem ruim. Você pode pensar que vale a pena pelo preço barato, mas acredite em mim, não vale. O lugar é antigo, as instalações são extremamente mal acabadas, as camas não são muito resistentes e fazem muito barulho ao se mexer ou ao subir na cama de cima, podendo acordar quem está em baixo. O quarto não tinha ar condicionado e ficava muito quente, e o fato de não ter recepção 24 horas era ruim pois não tinha um apoio à noite. Uma coisa que posso falar é que tinha gente limpando todos os dias, então não tinha sujeira, mas as instalações eram muito mal acabadas e velhas. Eu não voltaria jamais para esse lugar.

Seulement 2 douches en service pour tout l’hostel, avec une propreté très approximative. Les horaires d’ouverture de l’accueil sont aléatoires tout comme la communication via Whatsapp… surtout suite à une erreur de leur part sur ma réservation: j’ai réservé 3 nuits en chambre double pour 2 personnes. Cela s’est transformé en une réservation pour une personnes dans un dortoir mixte de 12! À fuir

Самый экономный вариант в Барселоне.

Хостел в старом отремонтированном здании в районе Грасия. Ориентирован на минимальный, хотя для непритязательных путешественников и вполне удовлетворительный комфорт. В России за те же деньги вам предложат куда лучшие условия, но в Барселоне желающим сэкономить, видимо, приходится удовлетворяться этим. Помещения маленькие, как жилые, так и умывальные. Кухня и комната отдыха понравились значительно больше. Есть большой телевизор, места для отдыха и игр детей, на кухне достаточно посуды, плита, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник. Из плюсов: приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак всего за 4 евро, расположение вблизи достопримечательностей (дом Мила, Саграда Фамилия) и в то же время на тихой улице.

一人旅、三泊利用。以下の点からもう二度と泊まりたくない。 ・案内された部屋の鍵が壊れかかっている（ギリギリ鍵はかかるもののかなり不安定） ・最初に案内されたシャワーがトイレと共同でしかも仕切りがカーテンのみ、シャワーを浴びると水浸し。清潔感なし。（他にもいくつかシャワールームがあると知り、２泊目以降はそちらを利用。） ・ホテルの立地は割と良いが、場所が裏通りのため人通りが少なく夜は怖い。 ・共同キッチンの清潔感のなさ。 唯一、チェックイン時のアジア系の女性の対応は良かった。

Good Hostel in Gracia

Nice Hostel in middle of cool Neighborhood of Gracia with allot of Cozy bars and local people. In the Hostel i liked the Big Salon and kitchen. They allowed me to leave my suitcase in their hostel for couple of days when i needed it till i was able to pick it up. Also the receptionist Kathy was very friendly. Thanks for having me as guest.

First of all, the hostel rooms does not look like on the pictures! The bed is comfortable but the room is tiny with only a small drawer to your stuff. I understand it is low price but these conditions just unacceptable even for 10 quid a night. There was no hot water in the downstairs bathroom, so the first night I had a very unpleasant quick cold shower. If it was the middle of summer I probably wouldn't have minded that much, but it's mid november already with showers outside. Receptionist said the pluming isn't the best so for hot shower is better to go upstairs. I swear even in the worst colleges bathroom conditions are better than here. The last morning just before I left I even saw a cockroach crawling through the shower floor. I didn't have breakfast at the place, however the kitchen and living room area actually nice with all those bean bags. Also good point that it is quite in the center so most of the attractions are close by. However I would never go back to that place and I wouldn't recommend to anyone at all.

Amazing value, a few minor issues

Unbeatable value for the location, walls a bit thin between rooms so we could hear interesting sounds from next door! Also, refilling toilet paper dispensers not efficiently managed by staff.

The location was great. Gràcia is a nice area and convienent to the center, Sagrada Família and the gothic area. Many restaurants and stores to walk to The hostel is a little old and funky. Plumbing, door knobs etc need work. A little noisy also

Horrible

Expect to not have any hot water longer than 1 minute, squeaky beds when you have people moving around all night, rude cleaning staff who wake up customers and tell them to get out when they have more than one night booked. Ridiculous and will never come back!

Rude maid

Very rude. Had a reservation for two nights and still get woken up by the maid telling me I need to get up and get out. I tell her I have another night booked, doesn’t understand English, gets mad at me and shakes her head, goes to the front desk and the front desk person comes to wake me up. Once again I have to explain that I have another night booked and that I don’t have to move according to the person at check in. Don’t give attitude when your waking up a paying guests After paying to stay consecutive nights. Willl not come back nor will ever recommend. Sorry Not sorry

Great hostel, needs some elbow grease

This was my second stay here, the first being when the hostel first opened a couple years ago. I came back because the first experience was so positive. Most of the elements that lead me to repeat my stay at Gracia City Hostel were there the scond time around: great staff, a friendly environment, perfect location, and a great bang for your buck. However, the place really could do with a thorough scrubbing. The biggest problem is mold around the air ducts in the dorm as well as all over the celing in the showers. I'm sure management will get that taken care of and, as soon as the hostel has had a deep cleaning, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
