アパートの場所を間違えそうになったら、オフィスから出てきて教えてくれて、フロントの方が親切でした。部屋も眺めが良く、静かで広くてキレイでした。コーヒーマシンがあったのが嬉しかった。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれて、またスペインに来たら利用したいと思いました。

今回は3泊で利用しました。ホームページの地図はチェックイン手続きする場所ですが、宿泊は少し先の場所でした。受付終了後にフロントが無料のタクシーを用意してくれ建物へ到着。部屋は広く、窓からサクラダファミリアも見れ眺望は期待通り！入口のドアにチェックアウト時の注意点（ゴミ処理）も書いてあるのでそれだけ気をつければとてもおススメなアパートメントホテルです。また泊まりたいです。

サクラダファミリアが部屋から見ることができ、徒歩でもすぐの距離で毎日散歩に行けました。お部屋も広くて清潔で、近くにはスーパーもあり便利でした。

バルセロナ３泊するためアパートホテルに。受付をする建物から渡された地図を手に徒歩２分で到着。画像のとおり，窓からサグラダファミリアが見えます。少し離れてますが感動できます。実際に歩くと３分くらいで到着します。エアポートバスが到着するカタルーニャ広場からは離れているのでスーツケースの往復はタクシーがよいです。最寄りの地下鉄駅は徒歩１０分弱であまり問題ありません。廊下の足元の板が外れて釘がむき出しになっていて危険だったが，その他はキレイだった。シャワーブースが小さすぎてトイレに大量に湯が飛んでしまった。また，洗面台が小さくてほとんど物を置けない。コーヒーメーカーとコーヒーのポーションが付いていて部屋で朝食をとるのに良かった。洗濯機も大いに使わせてもらった。２日に一度清掃に入っている模様。バスローブなどあると助かります。

一番の特徴は、なんと言っても、やや遠目ながら、窓からサグラダファミリアが見えるということでしょう。ライトアップされている姿など、いろいろなサグラダファミリアを見ることができて、とても素敵です。受付と宿泊場所は別の建物になっており、受付場所が少しわかりづらく、角の銀行から一本中に入った細い通りにあります。受付では、前もって払った宿泊費の他に、TAXだけ追加で払いました。受付で鍵をもらうと、ホテルは一区画離れた別の建物で、部屋は広く、ダイニングテーブルや電子レンジなんかもありましたが、シャワールームだけやたら狭く、ドアがないので、体を拭くところの床がびしょびしょになりました笑。

まるでバルセロナに移住してきたかのような感覚にしてくれるホテルでした。地下鉄のサグラダファミリアの駅から近いのと、サグラダファミリアがバルセロナのバスツーリスティックの乗り場にもなっているのですごく観光しやすかったです。何より基本的にはほったらかしなので、気楽でよかったです。ベットメイキングとタオルの交換が2日に1回あるのもありがたかったです。部屋のお掃除も、ベットメイキングもすごく綺麗にしてくれました。気持ちよかったです。ただ、明らかにスーツケースの場所が変わっていたたのは驚きました。鍵を閉めておいてよかったです。後は、オプションでつけたwi-fiがなかなか繋がらなかった事ですかね。あまりの繋がらなさにスタッフさんに言いに行きました。その時の対応は「えー、なんでだろ。あ、大丈夫！ちょうどいい所に来た！きっと彼が直してくれるよ(^^)言っておく！」って感じで、フレンドリーでした。結局良くはならなかったのですwwでも、隣の人が1日居なかった日があったのですが、その日はよく繋がりました^ ^ まあ、動画も見る事も無いので繋がらなければレンタルしたwi-fiで代用しました。長くなってしまいましたが、このホテルのおかげで今回のバルセロナの旅行は本当に充実しました。ありがとうございました。また、行くときはお世話になるかもしれません。

安いのに広くて快適

バルセロナ市内で手軽な金額なのに、広いキッチンとダイニングテーブル付きの部屋で、スーツケースも広々と開けられるほどの大きな部屋でした。アパートメントなのでアメニティは無いと思っていたのですが、シャンプー・ボディソープ・ボディークリーム・歯ブラシ・カミソリ等が置いてありました。部屋のメンテも有料だけかと思っていたら、２日に１回タオルを変えてくれました。ベッドも広くて、マクラも低反発のマクラなので熟睡できました。ただ、下水の匂いが上がってきてしまうので、お風呂が少し匂ったのが気になりました。立地は最高で、駅まで近いし、毎日サグラダ・ファミリアを見れるし、どこに行くのも便利です。

暮らすように過ごせるアパートメント

今回は3泊の利用でした。アパートメントなので、暮らすように滞在できてよかったです。電灯が切れたのを交換したり、ベランダから落とした携帯を引っ張り上げてもらったり、いろいろスタッフさんにはお世話になりました。こちらのリクエストをきちんと聞いて答えていただけたので、本当にありがたかったです。サグラダファミリアの近くで、塔の上のほうが、部屋からちらりと見えていました。繁華街からは離れていたので、静かでよかったです。アパートメントでは半分は自炊しました。アパートの２軒隣がスーパーだったので便利も良かったです。また利用してもいいかなと思いました。

アパートであったので、鍵を別の場所に取りに行くことや帰りにゴミをアパート外のゴミ入れに捨てて帰ることなど、普通のホテルとは違っていたので、戸惑いが少しありました。こちらの選択ミスですが。空いてなかったのか、部屋は同じ値段で、大きい部屋になり広々使えたのですが、アメニティーが揃ってなくて残念でした。長期滞在には良いかも。

優れた立地と快適な部屋

サグラダファミリアまで徒歩数分と至近ながら、スーパーマーケットや地元の人が通うBALが何件もあって非常に便利。サグラダファミリアとサンパウ病院をつなぐ歩行者天国の大通りの散策も気軽に楽しめました。また滞在したいです。

Booked this knowing it was separate to the actual hotel. Was 3 minute walk away but we only had one suitcase. We were on top floor (5th) and there was a lift. The self catering apartment (53) was pretty disappointing compared to photos seen online. Had a funny smell. Was clean but could have been cleaner. Towels were changed and bed made daily. Bed and linen clean and comfortable. The decor was a coat of paint and wallpaper and ‘basic’ furniture put in there. But it needed a good refurbishment. The shower was like a small triangle shape with green painted tiles and some paint coming off. If you were a big person you’d struggle in there. However the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. A unit holding a kettle, toaster coffee machine, cutlery, crockery and mini fridge. No kitchen area. Wi fi was good. Tv only one English Channel but you could join Netflix and Amazon prime. Good location to the Grande Familia and a view of it from the window. Although was too noisy to have the window open. Other places required transport. Overall we wouldn’t stay there again.

Property was nice and comfortable, very near Sagrada Familia, balcony has beautiful view of the Sagrada. The only turn off is that for the 4 nights we stayed, there were only 2 tiny coffee nespresso pods provided in our room. The housekeeper did clean one time and did not replenish the supply of coffee and toiletries. Probably an oversight but we did not have time to call or go back to the remote reception area. Very disappointed about this poor service!

I could not have been more pleased with my recent stay at this lovely apartment hotel. Although I did not have the lovely view that one sees on the website, it was incredibly quiet and there was lots of room. I will stay here again!

Pictures in expedia is not yours. It is a different building and location. You can not see it in expedia. That is one thing we disappointed. A room is very small but ok.

This was a very comfortable apartment near the Sagrada Familia. It was perfect for 2 people and we were able to walk just about anywhere in the city from the property. It is super close to all public transport options as well so it is the perfect home base for your trip.The only slight negative was that the apartment did not include a laundry washing machine, as this is an amenity in only some of the apartments, not all of them.

Great location. Restaurants around - Bristol for breakfast, Pepera (sp?) for tapas, quick small grocery stores, a view of Sagrada Familia. So nice! Has a kitchen and washing machine. Book now and save time.

It was a perfect setting for all of us: 17 and 20 year old young adults and their parents. Everything was very close and walking distance. When needed, public transportation was close and easy to understand.

10/10 - what more could you ask for!

I cannot more highly recommend Hostemplo Apart Hotel!! Their communication before our arrival, the easy check in (and bag storage), the kindness of the staff!! We loved our stay! The apartment was perfectly located, in great condition, and perfect for our trip!! When I go back to Barcelona - I guarantee I’ll be staying here again!!!
