"Sehr schöne Umgebung, wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Am Strand hat man seine Ruhe, sehr sauber. Man kann viel auf der Insel unternehmen. Das Haus ist sehr alt aber hat seinen Charme. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht auch gut Deutsch. Er lädt oft zum Essen und Aperetif ein und ist ein sehr guter Koch :) Außerdem kann man mit ihm wandern gehen, die Insel erkunden und erhält viel historisches Wissen über die Insel und Frankreich im allgemeinen. "Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. "Pleasant site but accommodation jaded but clean. Strong musty smell."

"Beautiful area and private access to lovely secluded beaches, as described. No hand towels provided in bathroom, just two large bath towels. May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. No iron to use with the ironing board.The bedroom is totally unsuitable for two adults with minimal space on one side for two people to navigate. Shower rim around bottom is quite soiled and not properly...

"This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The rental management company was helpful and arrived early for my departure which allowed me to hit the road early. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jennifer"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice while we were there, plenty of options available. The restaurant and bar were unfotunately closed so we had to drive if we didnt want to cook, as the hotel is a little tucked away. The room itself was very nice and the kitchenette was well equiped. The only downside was there wasn't anywhere to sit and eat,the balcony chairs had seen better days and only had a small drinks table and inside was a a sofa with a glass coffee table so you would need a tray to eat on your lap. There was a writing desk with a tv, but only one chair. The bed was very comfotable and the bathroom was a good size. Overall a nice stay."

"We booked weeks in advance and arrived after a four hour drive to be told that we couldn't use car park because we did not reserve parking. Hotels.com gave no options to reserve and the listing details say nothing about reservation. There was no on road parking available. The manager kept saying it is clearly marked and I showed him it wasn't. Eventually the young lady on reception worked something out to park at the side of the hotel. That night and before we left two parking spaces remained available in the parking. So frustrating and needless stress. The room was very basic and looked nothing like the photos. Breakfast buffet was very basic and poor value for money. No gluten free or lactose free options despite messaging twice in advance. If I didn't bring my own food I would have had nothing yet still paid for breakfast!!! The coastline is beautiful but the town was lacklustre. It was not even that cheap! Go elsewhere. Paid much less for much better, overpriced and underperforming hotel. We would have left were it not for the really friendly and helpful young lady on reception. "

"Lovely, relaxing atmosphere with great pool area and beautiful sea views. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Dinner menu a bit limited esp. for younger children and on the ‘fancy’ end of the spectrum (and some dishes were rather style over substance). Can eat out or get takeaway pizza in the next village. "
