Zum Glück hatte ich die 3-Zimmer-wohnung bestellt, damit wir Platz für unsere Sachen im 3. Zimmer hatten. So ging es gerade. Aber das franz. Bett war für uns eher breit gebaute Leute viel zu klein und zu kurz. Es war am Sonntag, wo wir angekommen waren, niemand um einen Schlüssel zu bekommen. Zum Glück ist ein anderer Schlüssel der gleichen Wohnung dort gelegen. Jeden Morgen hat der Lärm vom Laubbläser gestört. Sonst war die Poollandschaft schön und erholsam

logement correct mais vieillot

L'appartement était bien, mais pas entièrement propre, beaucoup de toiles d’araignées un peu partout, micro-onde sale et ventilation des toilettes et de la SDB en panne. Boiserie des balcons en mauvais état.. Au niveau de la piscine, petits soucis également en début de séjour (eau sale et verdâtre), réparé ensuite, mais pour combien de temps... Pour le prix, nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais quelques petites améliorations pourraient être réalisées.

Beaucoup de choses à revoir

Manque équipement on nous vend du tout confort mais les plaques électriques ce n'est plus d'actualité, un lave vaisselle serait le bienvenu, une bouilloire électrique n'est pas un gros investissement tout comme un aspirateur. Les literies sont médiocres. Lits superposés en fer pour 2 ados c'est pas top, le canapé lit avec sont matelas de 3 cm n'est pas du tout confortable surtout qu'on doit se battre pour l'ouvrir et le fermer. La salle de bain (PMR) une catastrophe, inondée après chaque douche avec sont rideau qui ne sert à rien. De très jolies piscines mal entretenues avec des touffes de cheveux un peu partout des pediluves boueux. Aucune activités pour les ados et aucune connexion internet même les communications téléphoniques sont compliquées

appartement pas assez propre, poussiere sur meuble et salle de bain, couette sale (obliger d'en demander une autre), obliger de reclamer un seau et une serpillere pour pouvoir faire le menage

Manque d'organisation, de ménage, de communication, d'hygiène ...

A notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans l'appartement, il manquait des couverts, des couettes, des chaises ... L'accueil est plus que sommaire aucune info sur les logements, les horaires, les visites possible ... Durant le séjour, l'entretien des espaces verts est plus que limite, l'accès aux piscines n'est pas sécurisé, caillebotis sont cassés (on se blesse aux pieds), l'eau des piscines n'est pas de plus propre (cheveux, feuilles, morceaux de plastique ...). De plus l'espace "bien-être" est fermé pour cause de travaux merci de votre compréhension il ré-ouvrira lundi ... Le bar restaurant a des horaires d'ouverture très limité. Heureusement tous les logements étant dans le même état cela permet de discuter avec tous les voisins ce qui est très agréable. Le personnel présent semble faire de son mieux. Nous avons malgré tout passer un agréable séjour.
