To rectify this mistake, I called at the hotel number but such was the sorry state of affairs that even after calling continously for about 3 hrs, nobody answered the call. Many times the automated msg kept holding my call for about 10 minutes but no staff answered the call. As a result, I had to forgo the full advance payment that I had made during the...
