    "We had a really enjoyable three night stay at the Grand Mercure. Everything was more than we could have wished for. We were given a room upgrade on arrival. The staff were all really friendly and spoke a decent level of English. And the breakfast was really good. We would happily stay here again if we return to Xi’an."

    "We requested breakfast boxes due to early day trip with the front desk staff. However, the kitchen staff didn't have any idea of our request; they simply gave us some takeaway boxes for us to pack food ourselves. This delayed our departure, plus we couldn't pack any drink. "

    "Every thing was fine. The front desk not acting professional and the breakfast was terrible. We paid for breakfast for eight days but we only used it once because it was terrible. I wouldn’t not recommend having breakfast at this hotel for anyone. Hope you can improve in these areas."

AMAZING breakfast spread from latte coffee, yogurts, fruits, salad to cold cuts and main dishes to desert. Stayed four nights and would stay here again and look for Man Xi chain for our next China visit. "
