Equipped for 2 people, it consists of a living room opening onto a beautiful terrace, an equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Thanks to its terrace, moments of relaxation and meals in the sun are yours.
This studio is only a 10-minute walk from the center, the beach and the shops, you can get there on foot with complete peace of mind.

Il est dommage que l’état de l’appartement laisse à désirer, canapé dont le tissus est usé, troué, sol avec de nombreuses fissures, ustensiles de cuisine à la propreté douteuse,poêles très rayées, le lavabo de la salle de bains goutte. Il manque une bouilloire et un grille pain. Sinon la terrasse et la vue sont top!!! Situé dans les hauts du vieux Banyuls-sur-Mer, la balade pour descendre à la plage est très agréable via des escaliers.
