"This Motel is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend! We checked in after hours which was easily done and our rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The king beds were so comfy which was highly appreciated after travelling, and we all raved about the AMAZING shower head- I now want one for home! To top the experience off, we were able to have a beautiful breakfast at the cafe next door before we left. My only complaint is that our stay wasn't long enough! We will definitely stay at the Abbey Motel again. "

"Such a wonderful home. We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was so much room for everyone. The decor of the home is so beautiful. It had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. Check in and out was extremely easy. Thank you so much Emily, we will definitely be back when we visit our family again."

"Everything about this stay was just right for me. I like sheep and I like exploring abandoned railway lines so what could be more suitable than a sheep farm on the grounds of a former railway station. The hosts were welcoming and more than happy to share the story of their place and to introduce me to the sheep. I enjoyed some lamb-feeding and feeding the adult sheep who are very comfortable with humans. The cabin was spacious and comfortable with everything needed, very well equipped - they had obviously put a lot of thought and effort into it. It was comfortable like one's own home, nothing fussy or try-hard, just good and solid. Nice breezy hilltop position with wide local views."
