Spacious two bedroom condo with spectacular unobstructed panoramic views of Grandfather Mountain.
Located on the 8th floor at over 5,000 feet on top of Sugar Mountain. Next door to Sugar Ski & Country Club and walking distance to the the ski hill. Sugar Ski offers free shuttle service from SugarTop Resort to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort during weekends (peak season) and holidays (Schedule applies).
Inside, you'll find stylish, mountain-chic furnishings and hardwood floors. The split floor plan features two en suite bedrooms, offering plenty of privacy for your group, and the well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with all the appliances and counter space you need to whip up a feast. More in-home conveniences include free WiFi, cable, and a sofa bed for an extra sleeping space.
Amenities, including a heated indoor pool, two large hot tubs, one dry and one wet sauna, tennis court, game room, as well as a state-of-the-art workout facility.
Enjoy the beauty of Sugar Mountain and the surrounding areas. Close proximity to downtown Banner Elk and Beech Mountain, while still only 30 minutes to downtown Boone or Blowing Rock. This condo is a fabulous year round mountain retreat

Highly recommend this lovely condo. It was spotless, and well stocked with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable. Excellent communication. Views were to die for. I will definitely stay here again.

Place was very clean and cozy! Perfect for a fun getaway to the mountains. Sarah was also very easy to communicate with for check in/check out. Overall, a great place with amazing views

Property was great. Came up for the annual Highland Games. Perfect size for family of four. It was very clean and updated. Big Tv to hang out in the living area after an excursion. The pool was nice for our boys and there are shops and restaurants about 10 mins away. My only feedback is I would have liked to have known there was no AC in the building. The listing says heater and we over looked the omission. That said, due to elevation the breezes are air conditioning enough. We opened the doors and windows and it was very comfortable. The highs were 77 and lows in the upper 50s, and this was in Early July. We will definitely stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very nice with comfortable seating & beds, cable & streaming options, and plenty of kitchen items anyone needs to prepare meals. The view was just as beautiful as shown. We also enjoyed the workout and spa amenities downstairs. Having a working fireplace would have made it more relaxing, but that is more of a building-wide issue, not just this condo. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the whole building was super quiet (in April). We would definitely recommend this property!
