Whether you are looking to explore the area wineries, downtown Banner Elk, or would like a ride to the slopes, they are available to help you safely to your destination.

The main level welcomes you with a beautiful living room, featuring a gas log fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and a cozy sectional sofa. The kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting granite counters, bar seating for four, and the convenience of both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a charming space with a table for six. The primary bedroom on this level is a sanctuary, with a king bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and an attached bathroom equipped with a tiled shower with elegant glass doors and a double granite vanity.

Ascending to the upper level, you will find a second king ensuite, mirroring the luxury of the primary bedroom. The third bedroom also offers a king bed and a TV, while the fourth room serves as a versatile bonus space with a queen sleeper sofa and TV, perfect for additional sleeping or as a secondary living area. These two rooms share a third full bathroom in the hall, complete with a tiled shower and granite counters. The upper level also features a wet bar complete with a Keurig and mini fridge, leading to the second deck. Here, you can relax and take in the stunning mountain views from the Adirondack chairs, grill up a feast on the gas grill, or unwind in the hot tub. Just a few steps off the deck, a cozy firepit awaits, providing the perfect setting for memorable evenings under the stars. • Guests of Pine Ridge Paradise receive exclusive pricing for Shuttle Services offered by High Country Trip Advisors and Shuttle Services LLC. Access details will be provided to guests before arrival.
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
• Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
• Firewood: You may purchase firewood for the outdoor firepit from us and have it delivered prior to your arrival. This service requires one-week notice prior to arrival, no exceptions. The cost for firewood is $25 per night, plus 12.75% tax. Each night purchased includes 2 small bundles (each bundle contains 6-8 pieces of wood) and 1 fire starter log. There is no refund for unused firewood. This will be paid using the Airbnb Resolution Center.
• This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes and may be necessary for all homes on Beech Mountain. The driveway is short, but uphill and gravel, forming a small loop. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• Please note that the owners use outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure that their home remains safe. No cameras monitor the interior of the home.

- CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
