Our home, the `Sweet Spot` is a luxury suite furnished by a professional designer w/ a keen eye for detail. Due to that, this home is not suitable for kids under the age of 12. Our furniture & linens have been hand picked & we want to preserve it for our special guests like you! We do have another unit in the building that is kid friendly.

We have a smart lock with individualized codes for each guest.



We are available to chat anytime via the Airbnb app or by phone/text. But we will not bother you during your stay unless you request anything from us.

A few Important rules to note:

- No Smoking of ANY kind.

- No kids under the age of 12.

- No loud noise after 10pm. Our Club has a strict rule that has a $250 fine for loud noise after 10pm that you will pay.

- Must be 21 years or older due to Country Club rules to book our home.

- We only allow people w/ 5 star review history to stay in our home.
