"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

There are a couple of things that could be improved without spending a fortune, the bath mat and anti slip mat are truly disgusting! If you dont mind too much about decor, having any kind of modern touches (although there is a tv but no internet), dudious electrics, and just want a place to lay your head, atleast there is...

"Appartments, notice this since there are no daily cleaning (which is fine by me) and you might need your own towels if travelling more than 2 people, likewise bring your own toiletpaper. We did not buy breakfast, not sure if this is possible, but there is a supermarket 600meter from the appartment and you can use the kitchen to do your own breakfast (or meals in general)"
