「Staff was amazing! Very nice place to stay when traveling to Laoag or just use a very nice pool. The dinner we had there was tasty!!! Would recommend that my friends and family would stay there. I wish the pool was open at 6am in the morning, it would have been great to do laps then.」

「Very friendly staff. Recommend small table and chair in room, luggage bench/ rack, dining room entertainment such as karaoke, and connections to locals for transportation service to get to other destinations other than the hotel. 」

「I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. 「The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay. Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered. Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area. This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time. Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year.」

「It’s been a while since I stayed in this hotel but I still vividly remember how beautiful my experience there was. The view is incredible and since the hotel is by the beach, you can expect the sight of a vibrant and romantic sunset. The pool was pretty big and they had a clear kayak like those in Boracay which was also fun to get around and take pictures with.
