Noise and internet issues

Great location and staff and rooms are clean and well designed. However, internet at the hotel is terrible and also there is a lot of construction noise on one side of the hotel where they are building a new condo development.

Large sign at front door should say " lobby on 5th floor. I know there is a sign outside, way bove the door area. No one looks up they look at the entrance. Thanks to the doorman who told me to go to 5th floor. Largeste room size I havehad in Thaland. Very professional staff from the doorman, front desk ladys ad most of all my room keeper. She was so helpful and good at her job.

A very nice clean hotel, with friendly staff. The Suite is big, with a separate bedroom and living/dining area. It has a full fridge, mirowave, stove and some dishes, cutlery. And very affordable when booked well ahead of time. It is right in the middle of an area with lots of restaurants, near Patpong Night market and a few minutes walk to BTS and MRT Sala Daeng. stations. Couple of smaller things to note: Unfortunately, they don't have a rack to put your luggage on, so you have to keep your bag(s) on the floor. Also, there is no warm water in the batroom sink. Small issues, considering everything else is great.

Very close to all amenities and shopping. Close to sky train. I tried to message the hotel a number of times before arriving to secure a transfer from the airport but they did not respond until I was already in Thailand. Was told there was no shuttle service despite it saying there was on their website. Luckily I was able to secure transportation on my own. I also was informed upon checking that on one of the days they would be doing routine maintenance and repairs, which meant no electricity and having to use the stairs. It would have been helpful to know this previous to or upon booking so I could decide if I wanted to stay or not. Otherwise the hotel was clean and quiet and staff were friendly.
