Good choice

There was one gent at reception who spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. Door concierge were also helpful. Breakfast excellent value for money yet bit of a walk from hotel. Convenient location next to Mall & subway.

The hotel room is cleaner for this stay, the guest was satisfied. The taste of the breakfast is fair. Hope the hotel could keep the room clean and improve the quality of the breakfast. The room rate is good.

Downside was no wifi which may have been out of the hotels control.also many Chinese tourist busses so it got kinda busy at the service counter. Upside, clean room, food options and 7/11 downstairs, shopping like a weekend market, English service,

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff

The hotel itself is in a good location with convenient transport links. The main issue we had in the hotel was the coachloads (20+) of tourists which made it very difficult to use the lifts and move around the hotel. We had some issues with the WiFI and AC however the Manager went out of her way to ensure the issues were resolved, thank you so much!

The location was nice, just beside the MRT. The room was great, however the design could be better. eg. there is one bed side table and no powerpoint located at the side table. Limited sound proofing, we were awaken a few times by the door closing of other rooms. The noise level by the aircon compressor is quite unbearable. The clothes hangers provided can only hang shirt but not pants. Only 1 chair in the room ( yes, there was a sofa ) but when we order in for meals, one person would have no place to sit. The structure of the hotel is very long, hotel phone operator / receptionists do not pick up the phone, so we have to go downstairs for any inquiries. Hotel guests were sleeping in the lobby sofa, this is really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel as indicated in Expedia's website. Service crew at the counter definitely requires more training on customer service.

It was positioned in an abandoned mall. So far it's quite far from the city centre but right beside the MRT station so that's great. The property is quite old and the decor actually reflects it. Overall okay.
