They are not even allowing check in 15 mins early. We have waited for 1.30 hours to get the room. Normally hotels adjust the timing since we're going to check out 10 hours early.

When I arrived as scheduled for my reservation the manager informed me I could not stay at this hotel for some maintenance reason. He arrange for me to stay at a different property but I declined his offer and did not receive a refund of any sort.

This was literally the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—it was hard and squeaked when I sat on it. The bathroom had no place to hang a towel or toiletry kit, so everything had to be placed on the toilet. In fact, there’s nowhere to hang a towel anywhere inside the room, so it had to be laid on the bed or flat wooden bench in the room. Location is not ideal, but is workable. It’s 1 km from the nearest train station (BTS Victory Monument) but right around the corner from a bus stop. Bangkok’s buses can be hard to navigate for a foreigner though, and aren’t super reliable, but it’s easy to catch a tuk tuk, since they hang out near the bus stop. They stock the room with bottles of water, instant coffee, and snacks each day, which is very nice.

Hotel oké.. Alleen beetje ver van al het gebeuren. Dat ik aan kwam dacht ik waar gaat dit naar toe.. hotel ligt echt in een achteraf staatje naast de hoofd weg. Maar verder prima.. douche alleen niet warm 😔en héél weinig waterdruk..

골목길에서 찾은 꽤 괜찮고 아담한 숙소

젊은 남자 직원의 불친절함을 빼고는 전반적으로 좋은 느낌. 승전탑에서 5~10분 도보거리라 위치는 꽤 좋은 편이고 시내진입도 좋은 편이다. 다만 골목길이라 저녁늦게 도착하면 조금 조심스럽기는 하지만 아침에 보면 그 조차도 낭만이 되어 있다.

ちょいローカルな街並みの路地を曲がった所にある宿

少しローカルな街角を曲がったところにある宿。建物左で受付をして中央の玄関から出入り。宿の玄関はオートロック。部屋の鍵は昔ながらのキータイプ。鍵のロックはちょっと硬く開けにくいので油差しておいて欲しい。部屋の大きさは文句なし。清潔度も悪くない。スペースの都合で仕方なかったのだろうが、トイレ、シャワーの位置は設計ミスかな。床も水はけが悪いので滑る。洗面所スペースも狭く少々使い勝手は悪いか。しかし、宿は静かで、部屋にはインスタントラーメン、スナック菓子などが置いてあり、これらも無料で食べれる。近くのセブンイレブンまで徒歩２～３分。ちょっと歩けばキングパワーバンコク、戦勝記念塔などに行けるので立地もまぁまぁと言った印象です。バンコクの宿としては安いので機会があればまた利用したい。

Disappointed!

The room are does not tally to the pics I saw on its website. When checked in, was told by the staff no water in bath room, got to wait for 20 minutes then water supply will return. If want to shower go to the next building. We tot it was just one time but next morning, my wife brush her teeth and to her shock, no water coming out of the tap. I went to recep to asked, was told again to wait for a while so staff can turn on the water supply. Once again staff told us, we can use the bathroom opposite the hotel. We decided to booked another hotel and check out. When we do so and mentioned the reason we decided to leave, then the staff asked us whether we want to check into the hotel opposite Sodsai as it belongs to the same owner. And he mentioned water supply turn off because they are doing some repair on the water pipe. Wonder why they don’t let us check into the hotel opposite on day one? It’s quite a bad service on the part of the hotel to knowingly inconvenient the guest and does not take the initiative to put us in the hotel opposite which belongs to them. Very Disappointed! ☹️

気さくなスタッフ・改装アパート

おそらく以前はアパートだったのでしょう。セメントブロックが壁タイルの間から見え隠れしてます。シャワー室とトイレは一緒で、これがトイレにシャワーを押し込めたくらいの大きさです。トイレに水がかかるので、後からちょっと困ります。また、トイレはベランダに出た先にあります。ベランダに出るドアが硬いです。エアコンの室外機はベランダにあります。ですが、オーナーは気さくで好印象です。入館には電子キーをタッチするため安全です。水やポットは備え付けで、即席ラーメンやお菓子は無償です！　3700バーツのKING POWER商品券が付いてきました。

Petite pension super agréable, dans une soi à l'abri du tumulte du boulevard. Staff très aimable. La proximité de Victory Monument, de ses centres commerciaux et du skytrain. Fantastic place and great location

Wow, this place was fantastic! My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and would have stayed more but they were full. The rooms are cozy and clean (and even include snacks!)...the WiFi is fast and the staff are terrific! It's within a 10 minute walk of the metro and close enough to grab a taxi or tuk tuk to all the main tourist sights. Would definitely stay again!
