Very clean hotel. The room was in excellent shape, just like the photos. Very impressed with hotel and great location with BTS, shopping, and restaurants all within few minutes walk. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was generally good but not exceptional, not sure it is worth the $19 charge. The gym is better than most hotels and a the Mexican restaurant is very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. They take such good care of it.

The bed is great, location amazing, and the food in El Santo is the best Mexican Food in Bangkok. Chef Daniel makes great Tacos and the Bar staff made me a real Mexican Michelada. The Pancakes Machine during breakfast is 5 stars.

We stayed at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy for our last two days in Bangkok, and it was a great choice for our family of four (two adults and two 11-year-olds). The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for a family. There was plenty of space, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and truly service-minded, always willing to help. The location is convenient, close to public transportation, high-end malls, and surrounded by an international crowd. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a small alley, which can sometimes feel a bit unsafe due to Bangkok’s fast and busy traffic. Overall, it’s a very comfortable, family-friendly hotel and we would still highly recommend it.
