The apartment condition and situation is very good and perfect. Location is quite far from downtown

The apartment condition and situation is very good and perfect. Location is quite far from downtown but near to BTS station (57 baht to downtown). Just one thing that make us not comfortable, it seems that renting an apartment is illegal in Thailand then we have to be careful about it. The host is okay although the response is rather slow and not very helpful. Anyway, we'd like to recommend this place to others.
