I had many issues, however they help and try to find solutions. For example there was no mattress on my bed, so after verification and confirmation, they changed my room. Probably because they have longterm tenants in the building too, so when they move out, things disappear.

a reasonably inexpensive apartment hotel with an excellent pool and gym. it is quite remote with a good walk to any restaurants or bars.

Checkin was not the best. Had to wait a while Beds were hard luke concrete. Breakfast a mear croisant with one fried egg and some oj My sun left his teddy bear and after call7ng it was said to be found. When going there from huahin two days later off course it was lost Never again

Avoid this hotel!

The service at this hotel was terrible! - No help with bags to the room or even from taxi to check in desk. - I had to ask for receipt on deposit - There was no safe in the room - There was no micro in the room - There was not enough pillows in the room and I had to call 3 times to get them deliver 2 more. - They forgot that we had ordered breakfast. (No buffé) - No questions about what we wanted for breakfast. They served cold coffee, juice with ice, croissant with scrambled egg inside (I cannot eat egg!) I went down to the Café that was integrated in the hotel to see if I could buy another breakfast. They only had one more croissant with the same egg inside! We had booked 4 nights. After 1 night we left the hotel and booked another. I was so pleased to come to a service oriented hotel after this terrible experience! If you can, avoid this hotel!

ホテルの内装自体はかなり綺麗だが、水回りは最悪で水圧が弱い上に排水が悪く浸水してしまいます。また、これはたまたまかもしれませんが、ベッドメイキングは出来ていたがアメニティの補充をしておらずフロントにお願いしたが、持ってきたのが数時間後だった。

We had a great time. Their service was great, friendly staff, nice, all facilities were awesome. Just that it was a distanced from shops and it was not able to provide free shuttle out from the hotel into city given its distance.

Ok apartment, if a little 'hidden away'. Area is quite good, but not as close to airport rail as I'd originally thought. My room smelt of smoke, which was a shame.

バスタブの栓が壊れていたり、高い位置にシャワーのホルダーがないなど多少の不便はあったが、静かな環境と親切なスタッフの対応には満足。高級ホテルのようなフルサービスを求めるのでなく、バンコクでの暮らしを楽しむのであれば最適、特に洗濯機完備はありがたかったし、ホテル宿泊時の場合、騒がしくなる掃除の時間帯も静かに落ち着いて過ごせた点は凄く良かった。

This property was rather clean, and spacious. The swimming pool and gym were decent. For a self catering apartment, there wern't enough cooking pots or utensils of any sort. There was a toaster, microwave, kettle, hob with oven, and a large fridge-freezer. Although communicating with staff for certain requests, i.e, asking for clean linen was difficult because of language barriers, we eventually got what we needed thanks to their kindness and consideration. The furniture in the living room was run-down; not up to standards. We enjoyed our stay, the location was convienient and we really appreciated the staffs effort.

Good stuff clean place poorly equipped kitchen

This place is generally not bad with friendly stuff and a rooftop pool. But there are two buts... seem like this place is very difficult for taxi drivers to find, everytime in or out trust me you would need a taxi but finding the place was a hustle almost every time; the other problem is this is an appartment style place with a kitchen, ppl like me looks for these and willing to pay extra for these for the cooking function but it was Very poorly equipped with No cooking pans At All I ended up had to bake all my stuff.

My review on this apartment . I didn't like the service of the tuk tuk guy . He is super rude , unfriendly , not very helpful , not interacting well with us . This first day we got into our apartment lights was out . It wasn't proper . They weren't there to tell you which switch is the use of what switch . They did fix the lighting asap but it wasn't very welcoming . The stove wasn't hot enough to cook food you have to wait for 5mins onwards which is bad . The service guy say just put it longer cook it longer it helps . Its was just bad experience for me to stay there for more then a week . Pros • tuk tuk service 7am-7pm • sercurity • no entrance fee • cleaning service Cons • Minimal utensils ( 2fork , 2spoon , 2pots , 2chopsticks , 2hot cup , 1 glass , 2 big plates , 2 small plates , 1 fruit knife ) • No frying pan • No scissors • No proper lighting ( lights was not fix when we have our room ) • Tuk Tuk rider one 1 staff and very rude • No table desk after 8pm • Convience store • 7 eleven ** its a long walk to go 7eleven & convience store like family mart . 15-20mins walk . The tuktuk services only will bring you to the nearest bts . They won't sent you to a certain area you would like to . The tuk tuk guy is super rude . Overall i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all . There's alot of good apartment in bangkok that you can go to . With good services . Location is to far from city. Hotel room is not clean and bathroom floor was leaking and wet. There was a tiny bug walking around on kitchen counter. Receiptiones is not polite with customer. I will not go back there again.

All the staff was friendly.

I would love to go back to the same hotel. It was a brilliant experience staff was friendly, only down thing was limited on toilet rolls, water and no tea bags.

Great value for family trip

This is our second time staying in this apartment. We love this apartment with best location, very close to BTS and also ferry. Very quiet environment, with full access to everything. Our little girl loves the pool and the view on the terrace of the building. We would be back again for our next visit and we definitely recommend this to our friends.

Très décevant après de mauvaises rencontres...

Lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre d'hôtel, le lieu était plutôt modeste (pour un trois étoiles, même s'il est vrai que ce ne sont pas les mêmes standards qu'en France), mais semblait propre en première apparence. Après avoir regardé de plus près (un peu par hasard), nous découvrons des "puces" sur le sofa, et dans le lit (celles qui piques, qui grattent et font des grosses plaques rouges).... De plus, les serviette de bain et les draps ainsi que les taies d'oreillers étaient tachés.... Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a été accepté sans trop de problème par la réceptionniste. Arrivés dans la nouvelle chambre (toujours un peu modeste), nous faisons une inspection des lieux et là encore des puces sur les sofas (pas dans le lit cette fois et les draps n'étaient pas tachés), du linge dans la machine à laver et un rideau de douche jaunit... Nous avons donc contacté le service client Expédia afin de lancer une procédure de réclamation. Nous espérons un remboursement intégral de notre court séjour dans cet hôtel déplorable qui ne vaut même pas une étoile, à Bangkok comme en France !! Nous sommes partis sur le champ de l'hôtel et avons trouvé un autre hôtel à 200 mètres plus bas, trois étoile lui aussi, mais cette fois il les valait vraiment.

Great for families. Safe neighborhood.

Very convenient to samitivej hospital. Beds are very stiff if you are a westerner not used to asian beds. Staff is so friendly. Would stay there again.
