인원이 많은 가족들이 머물기에 아주 좋은 숙소입니다. 아파트를 개조한 숙소로 4인가족 이상이 여행할때 머물기 좋습니다. 주변에 일본인들이 모여살아 일본마트나 일본 음식점들이 많아 사용하기에도 용이합니다.

日本人多めの滞在客。サービスアパート部分の居住者がいるからかもしれません。部屋の清掃・メンテナンス・受付などスタッフが素晴らしく朝食会場でもてきぱきと働くスタッフに感心しました。朝食メニューにも満足。ただ果物のバリエーションに工夫が必要かと思います。アクセスもそこそこよく次回の滞在でも利用したいです。

夜中にエアコンから漏水が起きた。またTVが途中で発色に問題が生じたが、すぐに交換してくれたものの交換したTVも中央の色が黄色くなっており満足のいくものではなかった。 本館のサウナが故障していたりと施設や機器類の老朽化が原因の故障が散見されたのは残念。

잘 지냈습니다.

수영장 작고 아침식사는 그저그랬음. 터미널 21까지 걷기도 택시타기도 애매한 거리에 위치한 점이 아쉬웠음. 청결도 우수하고 서비스 상태 좋았음. 주변에 편의점이나 식당이 많아서 편리함. 가족끼리 있기에 딱 적당함.

バスタブのでシャワーを浴びた後に、周りの跳ねた水がバスタブの外側の排水溝に流れる構造となっているが、傾斜の具合が悪く、トイレの足元に流れ込んでくるので、トイレを利用する際に足元がびしょ濡れとなった。 床の傾斜に問題があるのは明白なので改善されるとよろしいと思います。

雖離BTS有點距離但性價比高的舒適酒店！

雖離phromphong站有點距離，但是從後門走shortcut 10分鐘可步行到bts站便是两大mall集團的Emquatier及Emporiam商場，酒店設施整全，乾淨及維護良好，員工有禮貌，早餐不錯，性價比高，值得入住！

아속역 근처에 위치!

바로 근처는 아니지만 10분정도 걸어아가면 터미널21 등 프랜차이즈 상점들이 많아서 낯설지 않았어요. 조식도 맛있어요!! 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 시설도 깔끔하고 좋았어요.

值得推薦家庭旅遊的好住宿

這次旅遊住的是雙臥室的房型，有廚房又有客廳，雙房型空間又大又可以避免打擾彼此的作息。非常值得推薦。 唯一離大馬路有一段距離，從飯店的後門可以直接到巷子口。

もともとよく知ってる場所で宿泊は初でした。ホテルの客室は文句なし。食事は少し不満あり。立地はまああまり良くはないです。タクシーを呼べるし、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえたりサービスはとても良いです。

我們5人住宿8夜.整理來說還不錯. 早餐每天都有一些變化菜色,還蠻好吃的不會膩.洗衣機使用了2次對於長時間住宿的旅客是有需要的. 廚房有爐具可簡單料理,我們煮稀飯兩餐因為同行有人拉肚子兩天中只能吃白稀飯.整理評價還不錯 滿意.

Very comfortable stay in a quiet place

We could enjoy our stay in Bangkok.All the staff are very friendly and they made quick action to repair something wrong in the equipment. It is just 10 minutes walk from BTS station and very convenient for shopping and taking dinner. Next time we will choose here.

전반적으로 만족

4인 가족이 방 2개 화장실 2개 이용하였습니다 건물은 전체적으로 오래되었지만 시설관리가 나름 잘 되어있었구요 직원들도 친절했습니다 다만 아쉬운 점은 수영장 관리는 깨끗하지만 물에 약품을 많이 타서 그런지 수영하고 난 후 피부가따가 웠습니다 주변에 공사 중이어서 택시가 들어오기 힘들 때도 있었습니다 주변이 일본 사람들이 많이 머물러서 그런지 일본 식당 일본 마사지 등이 있었고요 바로 옆에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 지내기에 편했습니다 다만 술 파는 시간이 제한되어 있어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다 숙소에서 조금 걸어가면 일본인 전용 슈퍼마켓이 있었는데 거기가 가장 저렴했습니다 고메마켓 보다도 전반적으로 만족하였습니다

ソイ33から奥まった静かな環境で快適

施設自体は古いが、お湯の出もよい。ソイ33から奥まったところにあるので非常に静かな住環境。スタッフの対応も非常に良い。朝食も別棟に移動する手間はかかるものの美味しかった。 プール、トレーニング施設が充実している

BTS駅まで徒歩圏内の静かな環境

スタッフの方は、皆さん親切で、笑顔で対応してくれます。 スクンビット・ソイ33にはレストランや食堂、更に近くにはコンビニもあり便利です。ソイ33自体は、賑やかな通りですが、この施設は喧騒から少し通りを奥に入った静かな環境にあります。スポーツジム、プールの施設はCNCの施設も使えて便利。 室内で配管にトラブルがあったのですが、フロントに連絡すると直ぐに技師者が来て対応してくれました。

Enjoyable bonding trip with girlfriends

Overall, we had an amazing stay at CNC Heritage. We got the Room was bigger than expected, was great and cozy, did not look dated at all! Bedrooms were comfortable, amenities and kitchen supplies were sufficient. It was a shame we couldn't stay longer than the 4 nights, and we didn't have a chance to use the pool (because our shopping time wasn't enough either!) Breakfast was okay. The only downside I would say is the slow internet, sometimes seemed like no connection at all (specially inside the room). I would recommend this hotel for families and big groups. I would stay here again!

設備のしっかりした落ち着けるホテル

食事は、CNC本館への移動が必要だが、冷房、ベッド、TV、シャワー、浴槽とファシリティーは 非常にしっかりしており、滞在期間中は非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 ソイから更に奥に入っていくので、都会の中にいるにもかかわらず喧騒から開放された非常に静かな環境でリラックスできました。 ジムは広く、マシンの種類、台数も非常に豊富でトレーニングが非常に楽しできました。 運動後のプール、サウナも非常に良かったです。 従業員の方も皆さん親切で、滞在中気持ち良く過ごすことができました。
