Wi Fi is killing this really great hotel 2 yr now

I left a review nearly one year ago to the day. I said if they fixed the wi fi here I would stay again. Nice staff, clean hotel, super cheap for Bangkok. Rooms quiet with solid cement walls, WI FI sucks worse than bad. It's slow in the lobby and if you try to get on when all the residents load up in the afternoon and early evening you won't get connected from your room. Talked to owners daughter (talked with owner himself last year) and explained to both, INVEST in wi fi, this is Bangkok. You are about the only hotel with wi fi like this anywhere, I've had much better wi fi in outlying area hotels where tourists don't go. So if you need wi fi pass on Ratchada 14, however there is a coffee house just down the street at the first corner left out of the hotel that has great food, brewed coffee (brewed, rare here and in the U.K.) Buy coffee or food and they'll let you use their speedy wi fi from 8 am to 8 pm. Nice hotel but permanently sunk for me now due to two years of the worse wi fi in a Bangkok hotel. My eighteenth trip here in as many years with my Thai wife.

Ruhiges Hotel, optimal für die Durchreise.

Ich komme jetzt bestimmt schon zum zehnten Mal in dieses Hotel. Es liegt versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse und bist in Summe sehr ruhig gelegen. vorteilhaft sind die vielen Anlaufpunkte in der Umgebung. Im Schnitt kostet eine Übernachtung um 23 € für zwei Personen in einem Doppelzimmer. Wir machen hier immer wieder für ein oder zwei Übernachtungen halt.

Fix the terrible Wi Fi, I would stay again.

2 days technician was there "fixing" the Wi Fi. Other guests were at the desk asking about the Wi Fi day one after technician left. Slow as dial up days afternoon and night of night one. Down for repair morning two, went to nearby coffee house for great Wi Fi. Afternoon and day two still like dial up except in the lobby were several were congregated playing videos etc, very noisy due to this. Room very clean comfortable. Air worked well, shower had reasonably hot water. Staff helpful and friendly. Really fix the Wi Fi. Room 307 it stopped many times. If I would walk down the hallway to the box by the elevator it would connect, but the box outside my room in that long hallway would not work properly. Told the technician while he was there and apparently it did not get fixed. Annoying at best to have to leave the room often for Wi Fi which meant no favorite music playing while showering or sleeping.

從地鐵站1出口出來，反方向走第一個路口轉右，過了7仔左轉就到。3-5分鐘的路看你腿長短而定。對面有自助洗衣店。7仔無酒賣。 櫃台小姐比較求奇，不過都幾有善（泰國人都係咁）。整體黎講，對於背包客就算豪華，比住靠散D 旅店好。對於港女如果自已比錢既，將就下都OK，有人包就唔好住依區喇。

- เชคอินสองห้อง แต่บอกว่าเราจองมาห้องเดียว แม้จะเอาอีเมลในมือถือยืนยันก็ยังไม่เชื่อ...แล้วจะให้ทำยังไงครับ??? การแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าของพนักงานติดลบทันที - พนักงานถามด้วยถ้อยคำหยาบๆว่า "สูบบุหรี่หรือไม่?" แม้จะตอบว่าไม่ แต่ก็ยังพยามถามซ้ำอีกสามรอบว่า "แน่ใจนะว่าไม่สูบ และถ้าจ้บได้ภายหลังว่าสูบจะมีการปรับเงิน" หรือฉันกำลังจะมาพักผ่อนที่โรงแรมหรือโรงเรียนประจำกันแน่ (วะคับ) ??? - ความสะอาดของห้องในภาพรวมแย่มาก มีมดดำไต่ขึ้นมาบนกล่องขนมภายในเวลาเพียง 3 นาที - ห้องน้ำแสนจะธรรมดาเหมือนหอพักนักศึกษาทั่วไป - ซอยเข้าโรงแรมแคบมาก สวนทางไม่ได้

Hotel is quite good. No complain about room. Only staff have not enough english. And they said if you want to room clean, please put sign to the door handle. But there is no sign. No problem. I said to reception and they done it. Place is near to mrt. Only 5 minute walk. There is 7 market and local thai restaurant near.

房間無禁菸有菸味

訂了兩間房一間房411有嚴重的菸味，房間沒有禁菸，最好在預訂網頁上標明清楚，或者是吸菸房和禁菸房分開，跟櫃檯反應想換房，櫃檯不願意，只拿了空氣清新機幫我們除臭，回旅館後才跟我們說換到401，不明白為何一開始就不讓我們換，我們住的四樓這間402廁所水管堵塞，洗澡水會一直淹上來，床很大但太軟不好睡，房間簡潔、簡單算乾淨，離MRT走路5到7分鐘不算遠，巷口就有7-11很方便。

Disappointing Stay at @Ratchada 14

This hotel is far away from the main city center and attractions. We have to find taxies to go to Siam Paragon, MBK and Terminal 21. Hotel service is extremely frustrationg and totally disappointing. The condition of the bathroom is very poor. If you are expecting to enjoy the nighlife of Bangkok this hotel is not good for it.

滞在期間3日間ですが、とても快適でした。 部屋の状態は、古い建物ですが、良く管理されており、綺麗でした。 値段も格安なので、少し心配はありましが、満足できる値段だと思いますが、何点かコメントをすると、まず通りから奥に入るのですが、車で入るのに道が狭い、駐車場が狭い。 あとは、連泊の場合、部屋の清掃のタイミングがあわず、初日はタオルのみ交換してもらいました。セキュリティーＢＯＸが無い事が、ちょっと困りました。 良い事は、近くにコンビニ、屋台（かなり安くておいしい）があり、食べる事には、不自由は感じませんでした。
