The hotel’s location is fantastic! It is conveniently located near shopping malls and the famous Big C supermarket, with the train station just about 100 metres away. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. The air-conditioning works well, and the bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. However, the hotel itself is rather dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. There was a noticeable gap in the room door even when it was fully closed, and the furniture was quite old. The cupboard’s sliding door was also damaged and not functioning properly. Overall, the hotel’s excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable bed are definite plus points. However, some refurbishment and better maintenance would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The room was very clean, a bit outdated though. all the toilets have tubs, so if you prefer a shower, not this hotel. The gym is old, but usable. Location is great though. The staff are very proactive and helpful.

Other than the need to immediately move the 1st night due to an AC water leak in the room, our stay was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was always good with several food selections and the staff were friendly.

The room (2022) has a very terrible smell. Even the 20th floor lobby too. The internal of the hotel is very old and didn’t well maintained. Only the location is very good.
