The staff at the reception was excellent when we checked in on 29/3 around 9am. She told us she will expedite the housekeeper to clean the room and asked us to come back in about 2 hours. We came back a few minutes before the 2 hours and we sat at the lobby area. We were surprised she approached us and gave us our room key. 👍👍👍 The male housekeeper cleaning the 7th floor was excellent too. He gave us extra bottle of water when we asked him and also when we requested for the ironing board, he brought it in less than 5 minutes. 👍👍👍

Other than the need to immediately move the 1st night due to an AC water leak in the room, our stay was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was always good with several food selections and the staff were friendly.

We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was quite spacious and nice to have an actual lounge to sit in with friends. Also 2 toilets so that was a bonus. The room had some age and could probably do with a refresh, otherwise suffice. In the middle of everything so a great location and would definitely recommend if you want to be near everything as well as access to the sky train to get around if you need to go further!
