"It was my third day in Thailand and I needed a place that I can sleep properly. This place did it. The bed was comfortable just like the hotels in the US. The rooms were clean. The hot water were prefect. The foods were great. Everything was great except customer services. I am not Thai, but I can understand Thai language. Please train the staffs to not gossip in front of their customers about that customers. "

"Great experience with a complimentary upgrade to 1 bed room suite from a junior suite. All staff was friendly. House keeping was excellent because they know when to clean even thou I wake up late and leave the room late. Will stay again on next trip. "
