All excellent. The staff, free shuttle to Thong Lor BTS, wifi, amenities. I really appreciated how the staff were attentive and tried to help. They were each so kind. Will absolutely recommend and if I return to Thailand will stay again!

Staff was great! I have been coming for years and the hotel is becoming a bit rundown. While there the bidet kept leaking and we blew the outlet by the sink. Big pop and black smoke. Carpet in general needs to be replaced. Has a musky smell. Otherwise, great location and again, great staff.
