Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets
The pool was not clean, lots of sand in the bottom. The bathroom vent was not working in the room.

HI Banff Alpine Centre - Hostel
First time staying in a hostel and this place exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, free bear spray to check out each day, free bus pass, large lockers and under bed storage. The restaurant and bar had great food and drink options at an affordable price.

Everything was wonderful at the Otter Hotel. I had no idea what to expect walking in as I booked based on meeting others here.
