Mon Sai Lom Monjam
Picked the grand room and it was very dirty. Smelled bad and obvious stains all over the floors, walls, couch and windows. Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. Also very very cold ...

Mae Rim Grace
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is quiet and close to many attractions but you will need a car to get to them. We used grab. Pen is a great host and always available to help when needed.

Its was an ok experience… its very far from anything so you need to book and arrange for transportation a day ahead if you want to go anywhere.
