The room was clean, exotic, luxury. The breakfast was also delicious and served with love and style .

The photos of this property do not do it justice - it is so lovely! Our room, a family suite, was so spacious and immaculate as was the entire property and the staff was incredibly hospitable- any request we had was literally answered within minutes. It was clear they were intent on making us feel at home and we appreciated all the attention to detail and “touches” (for example the daily complimentary massage in the lobby) in making us comfortable. In fact, during our stay my daughter came down with traveler’s belly and they fixed her a special soup and ginger tea that wasn’t part of the regular menu! We were so grateful for the wonderful staff - stay here you will not be disappointed in this lovely oasis.

Wonderful people, very relaxing stay room was excellent. The pool area is great, pool is cold but once in it was refreshing! Doesn’t matter there is an ensen tub area and the indoor spa pool are all warm to hot! The spa pool was a bonus with various massage jets. Restaurant and breakfast across the street overlooks the River and you can order off the menu and have the buffet. Definitely recommend this resort!!

Staffs were very helpful and friendly!

We enjoyed our stay at The Rim for a quick three nights in Chiang Mai. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The only minor issue we had was that the water temperature in the shower would not stay constant.
