"While our stay got off to a rocky start, the staff were very helpful in sorting out some broken appliances. The room was very clean and comfortable. The halls had a lot of visible dust at the carpet edges but otherwise common spaces were also clean."

"Breakfast variety and quality are too low, worse than other hotels with the same star level. Access to swimming pool is not convenient. Once in the gym, you may not be able to return to the lift with your room card. Funny design."
