My husband and his mother were absolutely horrified by this hotel and refused to check in. They were fearful they would be murdered in their sleep. I will be calling for a full refund. I had to find them another hotel. Expedia needs to know this.

The room"s floors were uncarpeted and filthy. Overhead light in bedroom out of order. No tv remote, replacement remote did not work on TV. Bathroom floor and mirror filthy. No hot or cold water in bathroom sink. Absolutely horrible. Someone should inspect this place and close it down !!

Ignorant service
Very ignorant and unhelpful service desk person. Was told my reservation never went through even though I had confirmation on my phone. And then to find out my card was still charged.

I wouldn’t spend money here if it was the last place on earth their racist, the man at the front desk assumed I was the other “black people” he threw out earlier this was my first time staying here I only booked because I was tired and it was cheap the worst idea ever I had to call the police on him because I paid for the room which was later resolved after an hour and with the police being there. Once I got the room the room was dirty no one had cleaned it and I seen two roaches i tried laying down on top of the sheet but my skin started itching so bad so I left and contacted my booking site to get my money back the worst experience in my entire im only 21 and to have gone through this because im black something I can’t change it hurts my feelings

Where do I even begin...a mistake was made at another Hotel and my reservation was never made. After attempting to find a vacancy at near by lodging, we settled on the Regal Inn, more accurately the Not so Regal Inn. The man behind the counter took over 30 minutes to check us in, stating he could not find my reservation, all while my girlfriend was outside smoking dodging and maneuvering away from all sorts of aggressive, rude, men attempting to get her attention with yelling, staring, offering money, watching from a distance like a lion would it’s prey (a very unsettling and uncomfortable situation as one would imagine). After FINALLY been given our key we were led to our room of Regality...it stunk of urine and cigarettes, the size only slightly larger than a prison cell. The bed dirty, cigarette burns dotted through out. The TV which looked as if It didn’t work, sat upon a desk with all the drawers missing or removed. The bathroom was disgusting and that is being as nice as can be. Stains of some sort everywhere. Mold or mildew was in every crevice and opening. The shower and bath didn’t even look as if it had been used in decades, probably since the place was built, and I’m sure the typical clientele had no use for a shower and shave. To top it off and what nearly broke my heart was the my girlfriend began to cry when she saw our room. Our stay at the Not so Regal Inn was under an hour and that was more than enough. Keycards arent even labeled, i was just handed the keycard and told the room number and had to memorize it. First room i was given was incredibly dirty with, im guessing, pieces of a tobacco product riddled all over the bed, bathroom sink and toilet. The toilet didnt even flush it was so clogged up and filthy. Second room was a bit better but smelled like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room, ripped up blankets and no wi-fi at all. The only reason i would give this one star is the tv actually worked and helped keep me entertained while I was there.

I didn't like the staff attitude and how I was getting blamed for something that wasn't my fault. I took me a hour to get a ride room because I was charged online for a room that was no longer in service. That was my time coming there n I was treated like that.

**DO NOT STAY HERE**
When i first arrived the first room they gave me, the door was kicked in. I went back to the front desk, he gave me another room. I noticed niether of the rooms were the one advertised. The room was disgusting. He argued with me and made me pay for qn upgrade to the room i actually paid for. That room was the worst of all. The room had not been cleaned prior to. There were unidentifiable crumbs im the hot tub along with dirt. There were holes everywhere. The bathtub had mold, thw shower curtain had mold. Roaches everywhere. I couldn't sleep afraid one would crawl on the bed. There were bodily fluid stains on the mirrored covered wall, ashes on the tables. I slept on top of blanket because i am absolutely sure no one changed the sheets. I asked for more sheets, he refused me. I went to complain about the room and the bugs, he moved me to another. Again, the room had not been cleaned, it was candle wax stuck on the tables, again the hot tub was dirty, there was drug paraphernalia all over the room. This was the worst experience i have ever had. I will be calling the health dept.
